The Mayor has appointed three civilian panel members who have extensive knowledge and experience in law enforcement, the criminal justice system and/or the judicial process.
These panel members are:

David Hall, Ombudsman 

John O'Brien, Ombudsman 

Ruth Suber, Ombudsman
