Read the stenographic machine record of the public meeting of Boston City Council. Budgeted for with public funds, the stenographic machine records the Councilors' deliberations, all the Councilors' words in the public meeting of the City Council for public feedback, comment, questions, suggestions. It's a lot easier to go through the stenographic machine record than the video recordings.
